摘  要:目的评价移动应用程序(APP)对常住儿童预防接种健康教育干预的效果。方法采用分层随机抽样法分别选取200名常住儿童监护人作为实验组和对照组,分别采取移动APP和传统方式对其进行预防接种健康教育,比较两组预防知识知晓度、国家免疫规划(NIP)疫苗接种率和接种及时率。结果实验组和对照组干预后预防接种知识得分比干预前分别平均提高20.15±6.28分和14.83±5.38分(t=-9.11,P=0.000)。两组监护人的儿童14剂次NIP疫苗接种率均无显著性差异,但实验组5剂次NIP疫苗的接种及时率均显著高于对照组。结论移动APP健康教育干预可提高常住儿童监护人预防接种知识知晓度和儿童NIP疫苗的及时接种率。Objective To evaluate the effect of a mobile application (APP) on immunization health education intervention for local children. Methods A stratified random sampling strategy was used to se- lect 200 guardians of local children into each of an APP group and a non-APP group for immunization health education by mobile APP and by a traditional method, respectively. Scores on immunization knowledge among guardians, and immunization and timely immunization coverage rates of National Immu- nization Program(NIP) vaccines were compared between the two groups. Results The average knowl- edge scores in the APP group and the non-APP group increased by 20. 15 _+ 6. 28 and 14.83 + 5.38 points (t = -9. 11, P = 0. 000), respectively, after the intervention compared with before the interven- tion. There were no significant differences in the immunization coverage rates of all 14 doses of NIP vaccines between the two groups, while timely immunization coverage rates of 5 doses of NIP vaccines were higher in the APP group than in the non-APP group. Conclusions Immunization health education by mobile APP can improve guardians' immunization knowledge and the timely immunization coverage of NIP vaccines among children.
