摘 要:采用Cone-FTIR联用仪对YJV电缆在25、30、35、40、50 kW/m^2的热辐射强度下燃烧烟气和主要毒性气体的释放规律进行了实验研究,分析体积分数随时间的变化,并给出拟合公式。研究结果表明,随着热辐射强度的增加,YJV电缆样品的烟气产量和释放速率明显增加;烟气中主要毒性气体CO和HCl的释放速率随时间呈双峰变化,且HCl的产量明显大于CO的产量;选用高斯逼近函数类型对样品35 kW/m^2下的实验数据进行数值拟合,得到了烟气中CO和HCl的体积分数随时间变化的函数关系。The release of smoke and main toxic fumes from combus tion of YJV cables was studied by Cone-FTIR test. The thermal r- adiation intensity was 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 kW/m^2. The change of volume fraction with time was researched and the fitting formula was put forward. The test data showed that the yield of smoke and its rate of release considerably rose with the incident heat flux rise in Cone. The yield of CO and HCl in the fume presented variation of double peak with time, the yield of HCl was apparently greater than that of CO in identical heat flux. The simulated equations of volume fraction of CO and HCl changed with time under heat flux of 35 kW/m^2 were presented accordingly to Gaussian approach function.
