摘　　要：分析大型综合体建筑中共享空间的结构特征、功能特点、消防设计要求,提出利用共享空间作为人员疏散缓冲区的消防设计概念。介绍某商业综合体共享空间内单体间的防火分隔措施、人员疏散策略、防排烟方案、消防设施设计,对其消防安全性进行探讨。The structure characteristics, functional characteristics and fire design requirements of the common space in large complex buildings were analyzed. Fire design idea of using common space as evacuation buffer area was put forward. The fire separation between the unit, evacuation strategy, smoke control plan and fire fa cility design of a commercial complex building common space were introduced, and the fire safety was discussed.
