摘　　要：介绍了某因蚊香使用不当引发的亡人火灾事故的事故调查过程,通过现场勘查并结合当事人之间的笔录交叉点进行分析,查找调查的突破口,并通过分析鉴定、模拟实验,最终准确地认定了起火点,利用排除法结合模拟实验确定起火原因,对此类火灾的调查具有一定的借鉴意义。Introduced a dead fire investigation induced by improper use of repellent incense, analysis was made through field investiga- tion and testimony of witnesses, breakthrough of survey was found, through analysis and identification and simulation experiment, the fire point was finally identified. And the fire cause was identified using exclusion method and simulation experiment, giving a certain significance for similar fire investigation.
