摘  要:以AT90S8535单片机为控制核心设计了交流采样智能节点,实现数据采集、数据处理和控制一体化。采用DVDI-001型互感器采集交流模拟信号。智能节点与上位机的串行通信采用RS-485总线标准,以半双工方式平衡发送,差分接收,可以消除共模干扰,适合较远距离传送。为了实现与上位PC机的通信,在MAX3080芯片与AT90S8535单片机的全双工UART串行通信接口之间还增设了光耦合器6N137。智能节点能对现场信号的模拟量进行初步处理,以减小智能节点与上位监测机通信时的信息传输量。设计的智能节点可广泛应用于现场总线计算机控制系统和集散控制系统中。The Intelligent nodes of alternating sampling were designed on the basis of Aq90S8535 Microcomputer on a Single Chip (MSC) ,to accomplish integrated data acquisition, processing and controlling. The acquisition of AC analog signal was completed with DVDI-O01 mutual induetors. The RS-485 bus standard was used for series communications between intelligent node and the host computer. In order to reject the common-mode interference and to be suitable for distant transmission, the half duplex balanced transmission and different reception working mode was used. An optical coupler 6N137 was connected between MAX3080 chip and full duplex UART series interface of AT90S8535 MSC for communications with host computer. The designed intelligent nodes can preliminarily process the analog composition of field signal,to reduce lransmission amount with host monitoring computer. The intelligence node may be widely used in the distributed control and field bus computer control systems.
