瓜蒌葛根汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效及对诱导痰炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨瓜蒌葛根汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床疗效以及对痰炎性因子的影响。方法:选取于我院治疗的病人65例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上予以瓜蒌葛根汤治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率及总显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后,发热、咳嗽、咯痰、气促、哮鸣音等临床表现均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组对发热、咳嗽、咯痰等症状的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IL-8、TNF-α、IL-17、IL-23的浓度较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗后治疗组患者IL-17的浓度明显低于治疗后对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瓜蒌葛根汤对于COPD急性加重有一定的治疗价值,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Guagou Gegen Decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the effect of phlegm inflammatory factors.Methods：65 patients were treated in our hospital,divided into controlled group and treatment group.The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of this,the treatment group was treated with Guagou Gegen Decoction.Results：The total effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group（P〈0.05）.The clinical manifestations of fever,cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,wheezing and so on were significant（P〈0.05）.The levels of IL-8,TNF-α,IL-17 and IL-23 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group（P〈0.05）,and the concentration of IL-17 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Gualou Gegen Decoction has a certain therapeutic value for acute exacerbation of COPD and deserves clinical promotion.
