针药联合治疗轻度脑创伤后认知功能障碍的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针及加减通窍活血汤联合胞磷胆碱综合治疗轻度脑损伤后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法:选入符合标准的轻度认知功能障碍的患者72例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组予盐酸多奈哌齐及胞磷胆碱治疗,治疗组予电针及加减通窍活血汤联合胞磷胆碱综合治疗,观察治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表,简明智能状况检查表及中医气滞血瘀证分级量化表,评定患者的认知功能。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后治疗组患者的HAMA评分、MMSE评分及中医证候评分均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组HAMA评分及中医证候总有效率比较优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:联合治疗可明显缓解患者焦虑程度、改善认知功能及中医临床证候,且对焦虑程度及中医证候评分的改善疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of using electro-acupuncture combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoctioin and citicoline in the treatment of cognitive impairment after mild traumatic brain injured.Methods：Patients with cognitive impairment were randomly divided into controlled group of 36 cases and treatment group of 36 cases.The controlled group was received donepezil hydrochloride and citicoline,and the treatment group received acupuncture and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoctioin plus citicoline comprehensive treatment.Observed HAMA,MMSE and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in both groups.Results：Compared with before treatment,HAMA score,MMSE score and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Compared with the controlled group,HAMA score and syndromes total effective of the treatment group was better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Combination therapy can significantly relieve patient anxiety and improve cognitive function and TCM clinical syndrome,and anxiety level and TCM syndrome scores improve more effective than western medicine alone.
