益肾祛瘀壮骨中药治疗无菌性股骨头坏死的疗效及对骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾祛瘀壮骨中药治疗无菌性股骨头坏死的临床效果及对患者骨密度的影响。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年12月在我院接受保守治疗的86例无菌性股骨头坏死患者,采用SPSS16.0生成随机数字表分为中医组、常规组各43例,两组均采用常规基础治疗,中医组同时加用益肾祛瘀壮骨中药治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗后,中医组患者的全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血沉、红细胞比积低于常规组(P<0.05),股骨颈、股骨粗隆的骨密度水平高于常规组(P<0.05),中医组患者的血清PMP、PAC-1、CD62P的水平低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,中医组患者髋关节功能优良率79.07%高于常规组的58.14%(P<0.05)。结论:益肾祛瘀壮骨中药治疗无菌性股骨头坏死有利于改善患者的骨密度水平、血液流变学指标及髋关节功能。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis Chinese herbal medicine to treat aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and the effect on bone mineral density.Methods：From January 2014 to December 2015,86 cases of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head patients received conservative treatment in our hospital were generated using SPSS16.0 were randomly divided into TCM group and normal group,43 cases in each group,two groups were treated with routine treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis Chinese herbal medicine,the treatment lasted for 3 months.Results：After treatment,low blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hematocrit of the TCM group was lower than the conventional group（P〈0.05）,bone mineral density of femoral neck,trochanter was higher than the conventional group（P〈0.05）,serum PMP,PAC-1,CD62P of the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the conventional group（P〈0.05 after treatment,the TCM group）;the excellent rate of hip joint function was 79.07%,it was higher than the conventional group which was 58.14%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Applying Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head can improve the serum level of bone density,blood rheology index and hip joint function.
