清热利湿通络法治疗幼年类风湿关节炎关节疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药清热利湿通络加减方在幼年类风湿关节炎关节疼痛的临床效果。方法:选取60例幼年类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为对照组28例,试验组32例,对照组采用来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤联合治疗,试验组采用中药清热利湿通络加减方治疗,以3个月为一疗程,观察2个疗程后的临床效果。结果:试验组有效率(93.7%),对照组(82.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿在关节功能评分、关节压痛指数、肿胀指数、晨僵时间及血检验指标均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01),且试验组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药清热利湿通络方能够缓解幼年类风湿关节炎的关节肿胀、疼痛,改善关节功能,疗效显著,不良反应小,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Modified Qingre Lishi Tongluo Recipe in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis joint pain.Methods：60 cases of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into controlled group of 28 cases,test group of 32 cases and the controlled group was treated with leflunomide and methotrexate combined treatment,the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Lishi Tongluo Relative Recipe,with a course of 3 months,to observe the clinical effect after 2 courses.Results：The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.7%,and the controlled group was 82.1%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The two groups in the score of joint function,joint tenderness index,the swelling index,time of morning stiffness and blood test indicators were significantly improved compared with that before treatment（P〈0.01）,and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qingre Lishi Tongluo Recipe can relieve joint swelling,juvenile rheumatoid arthritis pain,improve joint function and the curative effect,the adverse reaction is small,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
