摘 要:针对两两导通三相星形连接的无刷直流电机(BLDCM),由于电机本体设计和加工的偏差以及60°电角度换相一次的驱动方式,不可避免会产生转矩脉动。依据单周期及三相导通的方法,用能量间接观测转矩,在每一个开关周期内令输入电机能量等于参考值,可以克服非理想反电势引起的转矩脉动。换相时使用三相导通的策略,确保上升相电流和下降相电流的变化斜率相等。可以降低换相引起的转矩脉动,并且高速运行时也取得了不错的抑制效果。通过理论分析和仿真验证了所提方法的正确性,仿真结果表明转矩脉动幅度较传统方法降低了33%左右。The torque ripple of the brushless direct current motor(BLDCM) with the two-two conducting three- phase Y connection mode is inevitable due to thedeviationof the motor body design and manufacture, and the driving mode of the 60 degree phase change. To deal with this problem, a novel method was proposed using the one-cycle and three-phase conduction. Torquewas observed with the energy method thatthe energy of inputting motor was equal to the reference value in each switching period. It reduced the torque ripple caused by the non-ideal back EMF. In the commutation time,it used the three-phase conduction methodwhieh ensured the equal slope of the rising phase current and the falling phase current. It reduced the torque ripple caused by the commutation, and acquired a good effect of torque ripple in high speed. The correctness of this proposed method was verified by theoretical analysis and simulation results. The simulation results showed the torque ripple coefficient was reduced nearly 33% compared with the traditional method.
