摘  要:目的探讨对抗演习阶段肩关节训练伤的发生情况及致伤的影响因素,为制定有效的干预措施提供科学的依据。方法采用完全随机抽样的方法,对演习结束后1个月内的官兵进行问卷调查,分析演习阶段肩关节训练伤发生情况、致伤原因及损伤类型。根据肩关节训练伤的发生情况分为受伤组和未受伤组,首先对2组进行单因素分析,然后采用Logistic回归分析肩关节训练的危险因素和保护因素。结果回收有效问卷1 922份,其中受伤组255例,肩关节训练伤发生率为13.3%。单因素分析结果显示,受伤组和未受伤组在热身及准备活动、身体情况、紧张、烦躁方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,演练时心情烦躁是造成肩关节训练伤的危险因素,热身及准备活动充足、身体状况良好是肩关节训练伤的保护因素。结论对抗演习阶段肩关节训练伤发生率较高,而充足的热身及准备活动、良好的身体状况及自我心理调节能力是避免肩关节损伤的有效方法。Objective To investigate the incidence of shoulder joint training injuries and the influencing factors in the military exercise, and to provide scientific evidence for effective intervention measures. Methods Totally random sampling was adopted. A questionnaire survey was conducted within 1 month after the end of the exercise. The incidence, causes and types of shoulder injuries in the exercise phase were analyzed. According to the occurrence of shoulder joint training injury, all respondents were divided into the injured group and the uninjured group. Firstly, the 2 groups were subjected to single factor analysis, and then the risk factors and protective factors of shoulder training were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results All of 1 922 valid questionnaires were recovered. Among them, 255 cases were injured, and the incidence of shoulder joint training injury was 13.3%. The single factor analysis showed that the differences between the injured and uninjured groups were statistically significant in warm-ups, physical condition, tension and irritability (P 〈0.05). The Logistic regression analysis showed that the irritability of exercise resulted in the risk factors of shoulder training injury, and the adequate warm-ups and good physical condition were the protective factors of shoulder joint training injury. Conclusion The incidence of shoulder training injury is high in the military exercise. The adequate warm-ups, good physical condition and self adjustment ability are effective methods to avoid shoulder joint injuries.
