摘  要:为了克服传统热压缩机的不足,提出了一种直线电机直接驱动、以气缸壁与活塞充当回热器的新型热压缩机系统。利用搭建的实验装置,实验研究了加热温度、直线电机驱动功率、工质种类和充气压力等对新型热压缩机系统运行特性的影响。研究结果表明:采用比热容比更大的工质有利于提高热压缩机系统性能;增大充气压力能提高系统内压力峰值,但效果不显著。以He4为工质,在充气压力为0.96 MPa、加热温度为330℃时,新型热压缩机系统压比达到1.14,能满足特定场合驱动脉冲管制冷机工作的需求;利用带小孔的气库进行了系统输出声功实验研究,发现存在最佳小孔开度使热压缩机系统对外输出功最大;保持工质种类和充气压力不变,当加热温度为603℃、小孔气库容积为0.518L时,实验测得热压缩机输出功最大为15.6 W。To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional thermocompressors,a new-type thermocompressor system is proposed,where a linear motor is designed as power source,and the cylinder wall and piston serve as a regenerator.The effects of heating temperature,linear motor driving power,working fluid and inflation pressure on the operating characteristics of the new thermocompressor system were investigated experimentally. The results indicate that the working fluid with larger heat capacity ratio facilitates improving the performance of the compressor system.The peak-peak pressure in the system can be heightened by increasing inflation pressure,but the effect is not obvious.Taking He4 as working fluid,when the inflation pressure is 0.96 MPa and the heating temperature is 330℃,the pressure ratio of the new hot compressor system is 1.14, which can meet the specific requirement for the pulse tube refrigerator.The experimental research on the output power of the new thermocompressor system is carried out by the gas reservoir with a small orifice.It is found that the thermocompressor system is endowed with a maximum external capacity corresponding to theoptimum opening of the orifice.With the same working fluid and inflation pressure,when the heating temperature is 603℃ and the gas reservoir volume is 0.518 L,the output power of the thermocompressor reaches the maximum value of 15.6 W.
