摘 要:本文针对容器规格和基质配方对福建山樱花苗木生长的影响进行试验,结果表明容器规格对苗高的影响不大,基质配比和容器与基质配比的交互作用对苗高的影响都达到极显著水平;容器规格、基质配比和容器与基质配比的交互作用对地径的影响都达到极显著水平;基质7(60%草炭土+15%黄心土+10%谷壳+15%鸡粪)为较好基质配方,苗高为38.08cm,地径为0.29cm,保存率为70.95%。容器规格采用8×8cm最理想。黄心土是造成福建山樱花苗高和地径生长差异的主要原因,差异贡献率分别达13.86%和8.21%。This experiment focused on the effects of container specification and medium formula on the seedling growth of Cerasus campanulata. The results showed the container specification had less effect on the seedling height; the effects of the medium formula, and the effects of the interaction of containers and media formula on the seedling height were great significant difference; the effects of the container specification, the effects of medium formula, and the effects of the interaction of containers and media formula on the seedling ground diameter were great significant difference. The medium No.7 (60% peat+15% yellow core soil+10% rice husk+15% chicken manure)was a good formula, on which the seedling height was 38.08 cm, ground diameter was 0.29 cm,and preserving rate was 70.95%. The container 8 × 8cm was optimal for the seedlings. The yellow core soil resulted the seedling height and ground diameter of C. campanulata difference, there were 13.86% and 8.21% difference, respectively.
