摘 要:采用特制的低压渗流装置,以CaO为渗流颗粒,选用700℃颗粒预热温度,0.04 MPa渗流压力,铝液温度为720℃,在颗粒表面均匀涂覆酒精和氧化钙细粉混合浆液,以改善泡沫铝的去除性能和增大孔隙率,制备了3种孔隙结构尺寸的新型泡沫铝材料。采用传递函数法对3种样品的吸声系数进行检测。结果表明,其中两种泡沫铝样品在低频段具有较高的吸声系数。Three new kinds of aluminum foam materials with different pore structure size were prepared with tailor-made low-pressure infiltration device. The technological parameters of the granules preheat temperature was 700℃, the infiltration pressure was 0.04 MPa, the aluminum molten temperature was 720℃, the particle surface was coated with alcohol and calcium oxide powder mixture to improve the removal performance of aluminum foam and increase the porosity. The sound absorption coefficient of three samples was tested by transfer function method. The results show that the two kinds of aluminum samples have high sound absorption coefficient in the low frequency range by testing all specimens with transfer function method.
