摘 要:利用ProCAST软件对高铬铸铁磨球的充型及凝固过程进行数值模拟,并结合磨球金相组织对其失效机理进行了研究。结果表明,在磨球浇铸成型过程中,由于磨球表层与内浇道位置的差异,导致内浇道与表层交界的部位凝固时间较长,引起组织粗大,造成了应力集中从而增加了磨球的脆性,最终导致磨球在冲击作用下脆性相易开裂形成裂纹,从而在实际使用中会首先发生脱落失效现象。The filling and solidification process of high chromium cast iron grinding balls were numerical simulation by using ProCAST software, and the failure mechanism of high chromium cast iron grinding balls was investigated combined with the microstructure analyzing. The results show that because of the sprue position difference between the grinding ball surface and internal, the solidification time is longer, so the grain size is coarse in the process of grinding ball casting. It causes the stress concentration which increases the brittleness of the grinding ball. At last, the brittle phase of the grinding ball on impact is easy to crack. Therefore, shedding failure will occur in practice.
