摘  要:通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、断口形貌分析、金相检验、室温硬度试验和室温拉伸试验,对高温再热器泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明,高温再热器熔合线附近的横向裂纹为再热裂纹,再热裂纹的形成与焊接接头残余应力、焊缝硬度偏高导致的材料脆性较大及焊接接头错口导致的应力集中有关。The macroscopic, chemical composition, fracture morphology, metallographic, hardness and tensile tests at room temperature were studied, and the leakage of high-temperature reheater were investigated. The results show that the transverse cracks close to the fusion line of high temperature reheater are reheated crack. The formation of the reheated crack is related to the residual stress in welding joints, the brittleness because of high hardness in welding joints, and the stress concentration caused by the wrong port of the welding joints.
