摘　　要：针对几种典型的硅黄铜ZCuZn16Si4通海阀壳的结构特征及容易产生的铸造缺陷,进行了较为深入的探讨,并给出了相应的铸造工艺方案。结果表明,防止了冷隔夹层、缩裂疏松及氧化夹杂等缺陷产生,有效地避免了通海阀渗漏情况,制备了质量可靠的铸件。The structure characteristics and the casting defects of several typical silicon brass ZCuZn16Si4 open sea valve shells were discussed, and the corresponding casting process scheme was given. The results show that the leakage of the cold trap, the porosity and the oxide inclusions are avoided, and the leakage of the sea valve is effectively avoided, and the reliable casting is prepared.
