摘  要:大位移同步顶升技术在大型海洋石油平台浮托法安装过程中起着重要作用。针对大位移连续同步顶升的工作原理,设计出一套用于试验研究的顶升能力20 t、累积顶升距离为2.4 m的大位移连续同步顶升装置,主要包括桩腿结构、垫块结构、夹持机构和喂料机构。基于有限元理论和强度理论,利用Solid Works中Simulation插件对大位移连续同步顶升装置各个关键部位进行强度分析,并采用电阻应变仪对装置主要部位进行静载应力检测。结果表明:测量结果比较接近仿真值,大位移连续同步顶升装置的结构强度满足要求,装置安装调试后各项设计指标达到要求。Large displacement synchronous jack-up technology plays an important role in the float-over installation processing of the huge offshore oil platform. According to the working principle of large displacement continuous synchronous jack-up, a set of large displacement continuous synchronous jack-up device with jack lifting capacity of 20 tons and accumulated jack-up distance of 2.4 m used in experimental research is designed, which mainly includes the leg structure, block structure, clamping mechanism and feeding mechanism. Based on the finite element theory and strength theory, strength analysis of key parts of large displacement continuous synchronous jack-up is done by the simulation module of SolidWorks software. The static stress testing of main parts is done by resistance strain gauge. The results show that measurement results are close to the simulation values. The structural strength of large displacement continuous synchronous jack-up device meets the requirement. The design indexes are satisfied after equipment installation and debugging.
