壮医药线点灸配合针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸配合针灸治疗KOA的疗效。方法:将我院住院及门诊KOA患者120例,随机分为壮医药线点灸配合针灸组,壮医药线点灸组,针灸组,口服西药组,每组各30例。比较四组疗效、关节功能改善及生活质量改善情况。结果:3个疗程后,药线加针刺组总有效率为93%,优于药线组73%,针刺组73%和口服西药组76%,四组两两比较,药线加针刺组优于其余三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药线加针刺组在膝关节Lysholm评分及SF-36评分均优于其余三组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸配合针灸对KOA的临床疗效可靠,优于壮医药线,针灸和口服西药3种治疗。Abstract： Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupuncture for treating KOA. Meth- ods： 120inpatients and outpatients with KOA were randomly divided into Zhuang medicine line moxibustion combined with acu- puncture group, Zhuang medicine line point moxihustion group, acupuncture group, oral western medicine group, each group of 30cases. The effects of the four groups were compared, and the improvement of joint function and quality of life were compared. Results： After 3courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the Zhuang medicine line moxibustion combined with acupuncture group was 93%, was better than the medicine group of 73%, the acupuncture group of 73% and oral administration of western medicine group o f 76%, comparison among four groups, the drug line plus acupuncture group was better than the other three groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The Lysholm score and SF-36score of the knee joint of the acu- puncture group were better than those of the other three groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine line moxibustion combined with acupuncture for KOA is reliable, better than the other 3kinds of treatment.
