加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心肌梗塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心病心肌梗塞患者给予加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合麝香保心丸治疗疗效。方法:从我院于2013年12月至2016年11月就诊冠心病心肌梗塞患者58例,随机分为2组,常规组29例在常规西医治疗基础上给予麝香保心丸,研究组29例在常规组治疗基础上联合加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗后心率、血压、中药证候评分及中医证候疗效。结果:治疗后研究组心率与血压改善情况明显优于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗第一疗程与第二疗程后中医证候比较,研究组中医证候评分改善情况显著比常规组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者中医证候疗效总有效率明显低于86.21%常规组组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合麝香保心丸治疗可有效改善冠心病心肌梗塞患者中医证候,并加强治疗疗效。Objective： To study the effect of Flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pillfor patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： 58cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital fromDecember 2013to November 2016were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 29cases of patients in routine group wereprovided with, in addition to conventional western medical treatment, Shexiang Baoxin Pill, while 29cases of patients in re-search group were provided with, in addition to what for routine group, Flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction. Patients inthe two groups were compared for heart rate, blood pressure, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and efficacy of TCMsymptom before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the improvement of heart rate and blood pressure of patients inthe research group were obviously superior to those of patients in the routine group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈O. 05 ）. As for the comparison of TCM symptom between the first course and the second course after treatment, the improve-ment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in the research group was obviously better than that of the routine group, andthe difference had statistical significance （ P〈O. 05 ）. The total efficacy of TCM symptom efficacy of patients in the research groupwas obviously lower than that of the routine group （86. 21% ）, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈O. 05）. Con-clusion ： Flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill can effectively optimize TCM symptom forpatients with coronary heart disease, and facilitate efficacy.
