摘  要:对某印染厂生产废水采用分质处理模式。工程设计处理能力为3 300 m^3/d,其中印染混合废水3 000 m^3/d(含棉和涤纶染色与后整理)、碱减量工艺废水300 m^3/d。印染混合废水和碱减量工艺废水分类收集,分质处理。印染混合废水处理采用UASB/接触氧化组合技术,碱减量废水处理工艺为酸析/铁碳还原/一级生化/光催化氧化/二级生化。再生工艺为臭氧气浮(DOIF)和旁路RO膜组合工艺。运行结果表明,出水水质达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287—2012)的新建企业间接排放标准,再生水水质达到《纺织染整工业废水治理工程技术规范》(HJ 471—2009)中的漂洗和染色回用水标准。企业印染废水再生利用率达到52%,再生水量为52.8×10~4m^3/a。该项目运行费用低、回用率高,可为印染废水处理与再生设计提供借鉴。A new source separated treatment process was used to treat and reclaim the printing and dyeing wastewater with treatment capacity as 3 300 m3/d ( synthetic wastewater 3 000 m3/d and alkali decrement wastewater 300 m3/d). The printing and dyeing wastewater and alkali decrement wastewater were collected and treated separately. The synthetic wastewater treatment project adopts UASB and con- tact oxidation process. The alkali decrement wastewater treatment adopts the combined process of acidifi- cation, iron carbon reduction, first bio-treatment, photo catalytic oxidation and second bio-treatment. The reclaimed water was treated via the process of dual-step ozone induced flotation (DOIF) and side stream RO. The operation results showed that the secondary effluent quality could meet the indirect dis- charged standard for new constructed industry of Discharge Standards of Waster Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry ( GB 4287 - 2012 ). The reclaimed water meet the requirement of washingand dyeing reuse for Waste Water Treatment Project Textile Industry ( HJ 471 - 2009 ). The printing and reclaimed water 528 thousands m3/a.
