摘  要:采用预曝气/厌氧/好氧/混凝沉淀工艺处理金属镁一体化项目综合废水,设计总处理量为400 m^3/h,调试运行结果表明,该工艺运行稳定,耐冲击负荷能力强。当进水COD和氨氮浓度分别低于5 000 mg/L和400 mg/L时,对COD和氨氮的去除率分别达到95%和99%,且出水氨氮稳定在2 mg/L以下,出水COD达到《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084—2005);氨氮、多环芳烃、苯并芘等浓度达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)中用于洗煤、熄焦及高炉冲渣的水质要求,最终出水水质满足察尔汗盐湖地区废水排放要求。The combined pre-aeration, anaerobic-aerobic, coagulation-sedimentation process wasused to treat the wastewater from an integrated magnesium project. The designed working capacity is 400m3/h. The trial running result showed that this process operated stably and was highly resilient to shockload. When the average influent concentrations of COD and NH3 - N were lower than 5 000 mg/L and400 mg/L respectively, the removal rates of COD and NH3 - N were 95% and 99% respectively. The ef-fluent NH3 - N concentration was lower than 2 mg/L stably. The effluent COD met the Standards for Irri-gation Water Quality ( GB 5084 - 2005 ) . The effluent NH3 - N concentration, PAHs, and Benzo (a)pyrene met the requirements for coal washing, coke quenching and blast furnace slag flushing accordingto the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Coke Chemical Industry (GB 16171 -2012). The final efflu-ent quality met the wastewater discharge standard in Chaerhan salt lake area.
