摘 要:肠道菌群被认为是一个被遗忘的人体"功能器官",随着宏基因组学、代谢组学、蛋白质组学等技术和理论的发展,对肠道微生态与疾病及健康的相互关系及机制的研究已成为科技制高点。从2007年起,通过两轮的"973计划"项目资助,使得我国在肠道微生态研究得到快速发展,并取得令世界瞩目的成就。本文就近年来我国在肠道微生态方面的研究进展进行综述,包括感染性疾病的发生发展与肠道微生态及代谢的动力学变化相关性、肠道微生态与宿主免疫调控网络互作关系及肠道菌群重建等方面,力求较为详尽地介绍我国微生态研究的新成就。The intestinal flora is considered to be a forgotten "human organ". With the development of theory and technology of metagenomics, metabolomics, proteomics,and so on,research on the relationship and mechanism between intestinal microflora and health anddisease has become the commanding heights of science and technology. From 2007,funded by the two rounds of the "973 Program" project,the research in this field in China has been rapid development,and achieved remarkable achievements. Research progress of intestinal microecological in China in recent years are reviewed in this paper,including the occurrence of dynamic variation of the gut microflora in the development process of important infectious diseases,the gut microflora imbalance with the host gene,the mechanism in the development of the immune,metabolic relationship in infectious diseases and the reconstruction of the intestinal flora and the microecology intervention infection prevention mechanism.
