摘  要:我国已是世界上隧道建设规模与难度最大的国家,由于深长隧道在施工前期难以全部查清沿线不良地质情况,导致施工过程中往往遭遇突水突泥等重大地质灾害,严重影响了隧道工程建设安全。针对这一重大灾害的防治,由山东大学领衔的973计划项目"深长隧道突水突泥重大灾害致灾机理及预测预警与控制理论"近5年取得了重要的研究进展,主要包括:突水突泥致灾构造及其地质判别方法、灾害源超前预报方法与定量识别理论、灾变演化机理、多元信息特征与综合预测理论、灾害动态风险评估及预警理论和灾害控制理论与协同治理技术等方面。研究成果已成功应用于我国10余座典型深长隧道工程中突水突泥灾害源的超前预报、灾害防控理论和技术的进步,极大地推动了我国隧道工程建设。China has become the largest scale and most difficult technology of tunnel construction in the world. As the geological conditions of the deep long tunnels is difficult to identify adequately before construction,major geological disasters such as water inrush and mud gushing in tunnel construction process are often encountered and the safety of construction and property are seriously affected. For the prevention and treatment for this major disaster,the 973 project"Catastrophe Mechanism and forecast controlling theory of water inrush and mud gushing in deep long tunnel"led by the Shandong University has made important research progress in recent five years. It mainly includes the following aspects: the structure disaster of water inrush and mud gushing and its geological identification method,the ahead geological prediction methods and quantitative identification theory of disaster sources,the mechanism of catastrophic evolution,the characteristics of multiple information and comprehensive forecasting theory,the dynamic risk assessment and early warning theory and disaster control theory and collaborative governance technology. The research results have been successfully applied in the ahead forecast,disaster prevention and control theory and technology of water inrush and mud gushing disaster of ten typical deep tunnel projects in China. It greatly promotes the development of Chinese tunnel construction business.
