摘 要:农业技术推广是我国新常态经济背景下推进农业现代化的重要措施。然而,传统农业技术推广模式已不能满足农民对农业技术的需求。本文以"互联网+"发展为研究背景,重点分析我国农村合作经济组织农业技术推广中的现实困境,总结和借鉴国外农业技术推广的成功经验,并引入互联网信息流,研究其对农村合作经济组织农业技术推广的增强、替代、协同和衍生效应。从多学科交叉角度,针对农田土壤测土配方典型农业技术,建立基于移动计算的测土配方精确施肥推荐系统,开展基于互联网的新型农村合作经济组织农业技术推广协同模式研究,对于建立多元化的农业科技推广体系具有重要的理论意义。Agricultural technology extension is an important measure to promote agricultural modernization under the background of new normal economy in China. However,the traditional agricultural technology promotion model was unable to meet the farmers' demand for agricultural science and technology. Based on the development of"Internet +"as the research background,this paper analyzed the current difficulties of agricultural technology extension model,summarized the abroad agricultural technology promotion mode experience,and then introduced the role of internet information flow which can cause enhancement,substitution,synergistic,and derivative effect. From multidisciplinary intersection perspective,an effective agricultural fertilization recommendation system was established,based on mobile computing. The empirical research on the agricultural technology promotion synergy model of the rural cooperative economic organization was launched based on the internet. This paper plays an important significance for the innovation of diversified agricultural technology extension system.
