摘  要:目的了解实习护士的健康教育能力现状以及其中存在的问题,为其更顺利地融入临床工作及提升护患关系提供意见及建议。方法采用问卷调查法,对于福建省100名实习护士进行评估。结果本科学历,学校开设健康教育课程,在校期间参与健康教育实践活动,实习带教老师传授健康教育知识,实习期间参与培训或讲座的实习护士健康教育能力得分高于专科学历,学校未开设健康教育课程,在校期间未参与健康教育实践活动,实习带教老师未传授健康教育知识,实习期间未参与培训或讲座的人员,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过学校教育及临床实习可提高实习护士健康教育能力。Objective To understand the current situation of health education ability of practical nurses and the existing problems, so as to provide advice and suggestions for more smoothly integrating into clinical work and improving the relationship between nurses and patients. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate 100 practical nurses in Fujian Province. Results Bachelor degree, the school health education curriculum, during the period of school to participate in health education practice, practice teaching teachers to impart knowledge of health education during the internship, to participate in the training or lecture practice ability of nurses' health education scores were higher than college degree, schools do not offer health education courses, during the school did not participate in the health education practice, teacher internship without the training or lecture did not participate in the health education knowledge, internship personnel, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The school education and clinical practice can improve the practice nurses' health education ability.
