中医学CBL教学方法的研究

摘　　要：西医院校的《中医学》这门课程,存在着学生不重视,接受理解困难,不能将理论应用于实践等很多问题。示教是理论联系实践的一种途径,经大量实践证明,在西医院校的中医学课程示教中,应用CBL教学是一种效果非常好的教学方法。而案例的选择对于CBL教学成功与否起着关键的作用,案例教学法需要有大量的高质量的案例保证教学能顺利进行。本文就中医学示教中采用CBL教学法的案例的选择及应用进行了探索,对病案的评价设计了量表,用量表评分让学生对每次示教的病案进行评价,评判使用案例的实用性,为后期建成病案库打下基础。The subject TCM in western medical college has many problems,such as students do not pay attention, to accept difficult to understand, the theory can not be applied to many problems in practice and so on. Case-based teaching method is a popular teaching method among students used by many academies. Case-based system, as the supporting system of the teaching method, plays an important role in teaching. This paper explored the Case based teaching method in Chinese medicine course. Statistics with each rating scale to enable students to evaluate medical case, judge the usefulness of the use case. Lay the foundation for the late completion of medical cases library.
