摘  要:目的了解佤族儿童体内微量元素的情况,为防止儿童微量元素缺乏提供有效依据。方法随机抽选2014年1月—2016年12月396例佤族儿童,使用原子吸光谱法检查全血微量元素,并且按0~1岁、1~2岁、2~3岁、3~4岁、4~10岁五个年龄进行分组,同时还按性别进行分组检测微量元素。结果对儿童进行铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的5种微量元素检测,检测结果为铜的缺乏率为2.52%、锌的缺乏率为28.03%、钙的缺乏率为3.03%、镁的缺乏率为7.82%、铁的缺乏率为4.29%,不同年龄组各种微量元素缺乏情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目前佤族儿童全血缺乏微量元素是普遍存在的,其中最为明显缺乏的是锌元素。Objective To understand the trace elements in Wa nationality children, and to provide an effective basis for the prevention of trace elements defciency in children. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly selected 396 cases of the children, determination of trace elements in whole blood by atomic absorption spectrometry, they were divided into five groups according to the age of 0-1, 1-2, 2-3, 3-4 and 4-10, at the same time, the trace elements were detected by sex grouping. Results Detection of five trace elements of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron in children, the results showed that the copper defciency rate was 2.52%, the zinc defciency rate was 28.03%, the calcium deficiency rate was 3.03%, the magnesium deficiency rate was 7.82%, and the iron defciency rate was 4.29%, there were statistically signifcant diferences in the levels of trace elements in diferent age groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion At present, the defciency of trace elements in the whole blood of the Wa nationality children is common, and the most obvious defciency is zinc.
