浅析心脏超声联合下肢深静脉超声在肺血栓栓塞症诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析肺血栓栓塞患者接受心脏超声联合下肢深静脉超声诊断的临床效果,为临床诊断应用提供可靠依据。方法 2015年1月—2017年1月我院对60例肺血栓栓塞患者进行了研究分析,为患者进行心脏超声诊断和下肢深静脉超声诊断,对超声筛查诊断的临床重要性进行探究。结果心脏超声诊断显示全部患者共有52例右心增大,28例肺动脉主干和左右支增宽,2例肺动脉主干存在回声团,4例分叉位置有高回声2例左支中存在等回声;下肢深静脉超声诊断显示患者均有不同程度的单侧或双侧下肢深静脉血栓。结论心脏超声和下肢深静脉超声联合诊断能够对肺血栓栓塞提供准确的诊断,对患者早期接受治疗有非常大的帮助,因此肺血栓栓塞诊治时使用的价值非常高。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of echocardiography combined with deep venous ultrasound diagnosis in patients with pulmonary thromboembolism, so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were analyzed in 60 cases of pulmonary embolism patients, they undergoing cardiac ultrasound and ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein, to explore the clinical significance of ultrasound screening diagnosis. Results Echocardiography diagnosis of all patients showed a total of 52 cases of right heart enlargement, 28 cases of pulmonary artery and left and right branches widened, 2 cases of pulmonary artery in echo group, 4 cases of bifurcation position hyperechoic in 2 cases left in echo; Ultrasound diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein showed that patients had diferent degrees of unilateral or bilateral lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Conclusion Echocardiography and lower extremity deep venous ultrasound diagnosis can provide accurate diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism in patients with early treatment has a very big help, so the use of pulmonary embolism diagnosis and treatment when the value is very high.
