肩锁部手术应用臂丛颈丛联合阻滞的麻醉效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究肩锁部手术应用臂丛颈丛联合阻滞的麻醉效果。方法选取100例2015年2月—2017年5月与本院实施肩锁部手术的患者作为研究对象,依据麻醉方式的不同,将患者分为两组,每组50例,一组实施臂丛阻滞麻醉方法,为常规组,一组实施臂丛颈丛联合阻滞麻醉方法,为研究组,对比两组患者的麻醉效果和对手术的满意度。结果常规组患者的麻醉优良率为68%,研究组患者的麻醉优良率为96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规组患者的手术满意度为66%,研究组患者的手术满意度为94%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于实施肩锁部手术的患者来说,臂丛颈丛联合阻滞麻醉方法的麻醉效果更好,可在手术室治疗中进行推广使用。Objective To investigate the anesthetic efect of brachial plexus combined cervical plexus block in the operation of acromioclavicular joint. Methods From February 2015 to May 2017, 100 cases of acromioclavicular joint surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, According to the different anesthesia methods, the patients were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, A group of brachial plexus block anesthesia method, for the routine group, a group of brachial plexus cervical plexus block anesthesia method, as the study group, anesthetic efect and satisfaction with operation were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the routine group was 68%, and the excellent rate of anesthesia in the study group was 96%, the diference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, The operation satisfaction of the patients in the conventional group was 66%, and that of the study group was 94%, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acromioclavicular joint surgery, the efect of brachial plexus cervical plexus block anesthesia is better, and it can be popularized in the operation room treatment.
