摘  要:目的对比机用Pro Taper镍钛器械与手用不锈钢K锉治疗弯曲根管的效果。方法选择我科103例有弯曲根管的牙髓炎和根尖周炎患牙的患者,随机分2组,对照组手用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,而观察组则给予Pro Taper机用镍钛器械,比较两组预备根管的效果。结果观察组根管预备时间、预备后根管弯曲度均优于对照组为(4.65±0.84)min,短于对照组的(7.53±0.71)min;预备完成后,观察组根管弯曲度变化为(15.21±4.87)°,大于对照组的(18.06±3.35)°;观察组根管恰填率96.15%,高于对照组84.31%。结论与手用不锈钢K锉相比,机用Pro Taper镍钛器械具有较好的根管成形能力,能够有效提高根充效果,缩短治疗时间,是弯曲根管治疗的有效方法。Objective To compare the effect of ProTaper nickel titanium instruments and stainless steel K fles for treatment of curved root canals. Methods 103 cases were with curved root canals of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group with stainless steel K files in root canal preparation, while the observation group was treated with ProTaper nickel titanium instruments, compared two groups of root canal preparation effect. Results The root canal preparation time and root canal curvature of the observation group were signifcantly better than those of the control group (4.65±0.84) min, which were signifcantly shorter than that of the control group (7.53±0.71) min; After preparation, the change of root canal curvature in the observation group was (15.21±4.87) degrees, which was greater than that of the control group (18.06±3.35) degrees; The filling rate of the root canals in the observation group was 96.15%, higher than that in the control group 84.31%. Conclusion Compared with the hand made stainless steel K fle, the machine ProTaper nickel titanium instrument has better root canal forming ability, can efectively improve the root flling efect, shorten the treatment time, is an efective method of curved root canal treatment.
