摘　　要：目的分析头孢克肟治疗小儿急性细菌性肠炎的疗效分析。方法选取本院收治的70例患者(小儿急性细菌性肠炎),收治时间为2015年3月—2017年3月,采用电脑软件随机抽签的方式把患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用头孢克洛治疗,观察组采用头孢克肟进行治疗,对比两组治疗结果。结果治疗后观察组治疗效果以及不良反应发生率均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用头孢克肟能够有效杀灭小儿急性细菌性肠炎患者体内的病菌,能够有效改善患者临床症状,且不良反应少。Objective Analysis of cefixime in the treatment of acute bacterial enteritis in children. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017, 70 cases of children with acute bacterial enteritis in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer software, control group used cefaclor in the treatment of observation group were treated with cefixime, treatment, treatment results were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the treatment efect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Cefxime can efectively kill pathogens in children with acute bacterial enteritis, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and less adverse reactions.
