中医外治综合疗法对肛肠疾病术后换药疼痛及创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医外治综合疗法缓解肛肠疾病术后换药疼痛及促进创面愈合的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年1月—2016年12月的68例行手术治疗的肛肠疾病患者,随机分为两组,各34例,观察组采取中医外治综合疗法;对照组采取尼美舒利治疗,比较治疗效果。结果观察组疼痛程度对比对照组,P<0.05;观察组创面愈合时间为(19.78±1.15)d低于对照组,P<0.05。结论中医外治综合疗法可有效缓解肛肠疾病患者术后换药的疼痛,并促进伤口快速愈合。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on relieving pain and promoting wound healing after anorectal surgery. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 68 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, each of 34 cases, the observation group take TCM Comprehensive Therapy; the control group took thenimesulide treatment, compared the treatment efect. Results The degree of pain in the observation group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the wound healing time in the observation group was （19.78 ± 1.15） d, which was lower than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can efectively relieve the pain of dressing change after anorectal surgery, and promote the rapid healing of wounds.
