观察对行全胃切除术的胃癌患者实施围术期护理干预的效果

摘　　要：目的观察对全胃切除术胃癌患者实施围术期护理干预的效果。方法收集500例全胃切除胃癌患者,其中实施常规护理200例(对照组),行使围术期护理300例(研究组),观察对比两组患者并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果研究组并发症发生率4%,明显低于对照组14%(P<0.05);研究组患者护理护理满意度95.5%(191/200),高于对照组的91.0%(182/200)(χ2=8.456,P=0.003)。结论对全胃切除胃癌患者实施围术期护理,可取得良好的干预效果。Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods 500 cases of total gastrectomy gastric cancer were collected, including 200 cases of routine nursing care （control group）, 300 cases of perioperative nursing care （study group）, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 4%, which was signifcantly lower than that of the control group 14% （P 〈 0.05）; The satisfaction degree of nursing care in the study group was 95.5% （191/200）, which was higher than that of the control group 91% （182/200） （χ2=8.456, P=0.003）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for patients with total gastrectomy for gastric cancer can achieve good intervention efect.
