摘　　要：文章报告了PCI术后并发肝素诱导的血小板减少症(HIT)伴上消化道出血1例,分析了其发生原因及相关因素。该病例提示我们PCI术后HIT出血风险评估的重要性。在临床护理工作中,早期识别HIT高危人群,加强高危患者术后评估及筛查,对预防HIT的发生有重要意义。This paper reports a case of heparin induced thrombocytopenia（HIT） complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding after PCI, and thecauses and related factors are analyzed. This case suggests the importanceof HIT bleeding risk assessment after PCI. In the clinical nursing work,early identification of high-risk groups of HIT, strengthening high-riskpatients postoperative evaluation and screening, to prevent the occurrenceof HIT is of great signifcance.
