摘　　要：对设备的现场监测发现润滑油温度过高直接影响着YJ116型卷烟机的密封性。针对这个问题通过查询资料确定了润滑油最佳工作温度范围,并最终设计了一种降温装置保证润滑油处于合适的温度范围。将YJ116型卷烟机油润滑系统改造后,润滑油的温度比改造前的温度降低了4~8℃,保证了机器的润滑性和密封性。High temperature lubricating oil directly affects the sealing of the YJ116 cigarette making machine for field monitoring equipment, the best lubricating oil working temperature range is determined by the query data, and finally designed a cooling device to ensure that the lubricating oil in the transformation of a suitable temperature range of.YJ116 type cigarette oil lubrication system, lubricating oil the temperature is reduced by 4 ℃to 8 ℃ than before the transformation temperature, ensure the lubrication and sealing machine.
