摘　　要：提升机卷筒作为提升机的关键组件,其有效性对提升机性能的正常发挥至关重要,因此,针对提升机卷筒的失效开展分析。在对卷筒进行结构和失效分析的基础上,借助数值模拟软件进行改良分析,并通过比对分析,总结了适宜的改良方案,希望能够为卷筒运行的更加高效开展提供指导和借鉴。As a key component of hoist drum lifting machine, the effectiveness of normal play is crucial, so the performance of hoist, hoist drum for the failure to carry out the analysis, based on the structure and failure analysis of the drum, with the help of numerical simulation software for the improvement of research, and through the comparative analysis, summarizes the improvement of a suitable program, we hope to be able to reel running more efficient to provide guidance and reference.
