摘 要:提升机作为煤矿生产中必不可少的关键运输设备,确保其运行质量是保证生产持续开展的关键基础,而主轴作为提升机的核心组件,对于提升机运行的稳定有着直接影响。因此以此为出发点,针对提升机主轴结构的优化开展分析研究。在分析有限元法在提升机结构设计中应用优势的基础上,结合缠绕式单轴提升机的主轴,借助ANSYS数值模拟技术对其结构开展优化研究。其结果表明:通过有限元模拟手段能够更加有效针对主轴结构进行优化。As the key transportation equipment necessary in coal production, the hoist ensures the quality of its operation is the key to ensure the sustainable development of the production base, and enhance the core components as the spindle machine, has a direct impact on the hoist running stability. Therefore as a starting point, to optimize the hoist spindle structure to carry out research and analysis. Based on the analysis of finite element method and application advantages in the design of hoist in the structure, combined with the winding type single shaft hoist spindle,using simulation technology to carry out optimization research on the structure of ANSYS. The numerical results show that the finite element simulation method can be more effective to optimize the structure of the spindle.
