寒热并治法在消化道疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》明确提出了寒热致病的病因病机及"治寒以热,治热以寒"的证治方法。《伤寒杂病论》将"寒热并治"思想广泛施用于临床,创立了一系列治疗胃肠道疾病的"寒热并治"法代表性方剂如泻心汤类方,后世医家对这一治疗方法又进行充实和完善。自20世纪80年代开始应用神经内分泌学方法阐述了寒热证发生的机制,之后对寒热本质开展了进一步的研究,并将"寒热并治"法有效地应用于消化道疾病的临床治疗中,如胃食管反流病、肠道病变及相关性胃炎等。介绍了寒热并治法在消化道疾病治疗中的应用思路。It is clearly put forward in Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Cannon（ 《黄帝内经》） that the pathogenesis of pathogenic cold and heat as well as the therapeutic method of ＂treating cold syndrome with drugs of hot nature,and treating heat syndrome with drugs of cold nature＂. In Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,the thought of ＂concurrent treatment of both cold and heat ＂was widely used in clinic,and a series of prescriptions with this thought such as analogous prescriptions of Xiexin Tang（ 泻心汤） was created in the treatment of gastrointestinal disease. Later physicians enriched and perfected this therapeutic method. Since the 1980 s,the neuroendocrine method was applied to elaborate the mechanism of ＂cold and heat＂syndrome. After that,the nature of ＂cold and heat＂,and effective use of applied this method in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,such as gastroesophageal reflux disease,intestinal disease and related gastritis were further studied. This article introduced the method for application of＂concurrent treatment of Both Cold and heat＂in treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
