腹部X线平片与多层螺旋CT对肠梗阻诊断价值的比较

摘　　要：目的研究腹部X线平片与多层螺旋CT诊断肠梗阻的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的90例肠梗阻患者,随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用腹部X线平片,研究组采用多层螺旋CT。比较两组患者的诊断结果。结果研究组的诊断符合率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);研究组的误诊率为4.44%,明显低于对照组的17.78%(P<0.05)。研究组的肠梗阻类型和肠梗阻原因的诊断准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的操作难度低于对照组,图像清晰度和患者舒适度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肠梗阻诊断中,腹部X线平片与多层螺旋CT均具有一定的应用价值,但多层螺旋CT的诊断符合率较高,且肠梗阻类型和肠梗阻原因的诊断准确率较高,值得推广及应用。Objective To study the application effect of abdominal X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Methods 90 cases of patients with intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received abdominal X-ray, while the study group received multi-slice spiral CT. The diagnostic results were compared between two groups. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of study group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 73.33% of control group （P〈0.05）. The misdiagnosis rate of study group was 4.44%, significantly lower than 17.78% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The diagnostic accuracy of types and reasons of intestinal obstruction of study group were higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The operation difficulty of study group was lower than that of control group, and the image defmition and patient＇s comfort degree were higher than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions In the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, abdominal X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT have certain application value. But multi-slice spiral CT has higher diagnostic coincidence rate and higher diagnostic accuracy of types and reasons, which is worthy of promotion and application.
