炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年4月至2017年4月收治的318例急性呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组,各159例。实验组采用炎琥宁治疗,对照组采用利巴韦林治疗。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果、症状消失时间及不良反应情况。结果实验组的总有效率为94.97%,明显高于对照组的74.84%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的鼻塞流涕、咳嗽、发热、咽部充血消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与利巴韦林比较,炎琥宁治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染的临床效果更佳,可快速改善患儿的临床症状,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate and ribavirin in the treatment of children with acute respiratory infection. Methods 318 cases of children with acute respiratory infection admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 159 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate, while the control group was treated with ribavirin. The clinical treatment effect, disappearance time of symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.97%, significantly higher than 74.84% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The disappearance time of nasal obstruction and rhinorrhea, couch, fever and pharyngeal hyperaemia of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Compared with ribavirin, potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate has better clinical effect in the treatment of acute respiratory infection, and can improve children＇s clinical symptoms quickly with high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
