共享单车押金监管探析

摘　　要：共享经济已经渗透到民众生活的很多方面,例如共享单车、共享汽车、共享充电宝、共享租房等很多领域。"共享单车",以互联网为依托对传统租车行业产生了根本的影响,同时也对解决群众出行、实践绿色环保理念等诸多领域产生了深远影响。共享单车作为新生事物,目前在政府引导和监管方面还存在空白。本文着重研究共享单车平台收取押金引发的风险问题,并对如何规避这些风险提出了个人见解,以期对该问题的完善起到积极作用。With the boom of bike-sharing service, sharing economy is having profound impacts toward people＇s daily life, enhancing people＇s communication and well-being. However, this newborn is still lack of guidance and supervision from the government. This paper, from the perspective of the author, offers some insights into the risks involved, focuses on the risk of paying deposit to the platform, and expresses some personal opinions about how to avoid the risk, which the author hopes, may help contribute to addressing these issues.
