中草药添加剂对断奶幼兔生长性能的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在探讨中草药添加剂对断奶幼兔生长性能的影响。试验选取45只健康的断奶仔兔,随机分为空白组、中草药组、抗生素组3组,每组15只,除空白组饲喂基础饲粮,中草药组和抗生素组分别在基础饲粮中添加30g/kg、30mg/kg的剂量,试验预饲期7天,正试期30天。试验期间记录仔兔的生长指标及腹泻率、死亡率、并在第30天屠宰记录胴体重和屠宰率。结果显示中草药组各阶段的生长性能显著高于空白组,腹泻率、死亡率显著低于空白组,胴体重和屠宰率极显著高于空白组,同时,各项指标均优于抗生素组,但差异不显著。说明,中草药添加剂能够提高断奶仔兔的生长性能,生产中可替代抗生素饲喂断奶仔兔。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the growth performance of weaning young rabbits. 45 healthy and weaning young rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, the blank group, the Chinese herbal medicine group and the antibiotic group, each group of 15. The blank control group was fed the basal diet, the Chinese herbal medicine group and the antibiotic group were added the dose of 30g/kg,30mg/kg in the basal diet, the test pre-feeding period of 7 days, trial period of 30 days. During the trial period, record the growth index and diarrhea rate, mortality of the rabbits, and record the carcass weight and slaughter rate on day 30. The results showed that the growth performance of the Chinese herbal medicine group was significantly higher than that of the blank group, the diarrhea rate and the mortality rate were significantly lower than that of the blank group, the carcass weight and the slaughter rate were significantly higher than that of the blank group at each stage. Simultaneously：The all indicators were superior to the antibiotic group, but the dif- ference was not significant. It is suggested that the Chinese herbal medicine additive can improve the growth per- formance of weaning rabbits, and can replace antibiotics to feed the weanin~ voun~ rahbit~ in ,~rnA,,,-t;,,,,
