摘　　要：兔波氏杆菌病是一种因兔感染波氏杆菌而引起的急性传染病,以鼻炎、支气管炎为特征。本试验从内蒙古风水梁獭兔养殖园区病死幼兔肺部病变组织中分离到一株细菌,通过对病死兔的临床解剖及细菌的菌落形态学观察、细菌革兰氏染色判断为疑似波氏杆菌。对分离到的菌株进行生化反应、动物试验及PCR种属鉴定。结果确诊为波氏杆菌感染。药敏试验结果显示该菌对环丙沙星、复方新诺明、四环素、阿米卡新、氧氟沙星高度敏感。Rabbit＇ s bordetella bronchiseptic stain is an acute infection caused by bordetella bronchiseptic stain. This experiment get a bacterial from a disease rabbit that from Inner Mongolia Feng Shui-liang Rex rabbits cul- ture zone after screening. It was identified as suspected Bordetella bronchiseptic stain by clinical symptoms, mor- phological, cultural and gram staining.Based on physiological and biochemical characteristies as well as the re- sults of PCR, it was identified as Bordetella bronchiseptic stain. Drug sensitivity showed that it showed high sensi- tivity to Ciprofloxacin,Trimethoprim,Tetracycline, amikacin and ofloxacin,while was immune to others.
