摘　　要：农村医疗卫生服务体系发展和完善是我国医疗卫生改革的重要议题。当前制约其发展的主要问题是资源配置不合理、部门分割、缺乏分工协作、无序竞争等问题。文章基于协同理论,构建乡镇卫生院为枢纽的农村医疗卫生服务体系协同机制,引导医疗资源"下沉",建立分工明确的协作机制,改变农村医疗卫生服务体系中的无序竞争状况,提升农村医疗卫生服务体系的整体性、协同性、连续性。Development and improvement of rural medical and health service system is one of the important issues of China health care reform.The current problems include inappropriate distribution of health resources,department segmentation,ineffective division and coordination,and disorderly competition among health care institutions.Based on synergy theory,this paper proposes to establish synergy mechanism for rural medical and health service system with township health centers as the hinges,guide the flow of medical resources,establish a clear division and coordination mechanism,change the state of disorderly competition within rural medical and health service system,and promote its integrality,cooperativeness and continuity.
