“以证为主、证病结合”的临床与科研思路

摘　　要："以证为主、证病结合"是以辨证论治为主,适当结合患者所患疾病立法选方、择药论治的证病结合方式,是古今中医临床最常用、最能体现中医特色的方式。"以证为主、证病结合"的临床诊疗和科研设计,应立足于证、病的概念及其相互关系,临证知常达变,既强调治病求本,又能灵活运用标本治则。临床科研设计和总结分析必须以目标主治证候为核心,从不同层次、不同方面设计、观测、总结分析纳入疾病与证候有效性、安全性及其相关性。掌握运用这种证病结合模式,有助于保持和发扬中医临证特色,保证理、法、方、药丝丝入扣,对于完善中医临床科研设计和证候实质研究思路亦不无裨益。Objective ：＂A focus on syndrome and combination of syndrome and disease＂refers to the syndrome - disease combination which a focus on syndrome differentiation -based treatment and selects therapeutic methods, prescriptions, and drugs based on patients＇ disease. This method is commonly used in clinical practice and can best reflect the features of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Clinical diagnosis and 1 reatment and research designof＂ a focus on syndrome and combination of syndrome and disease＂ should be based on the concepts of syndrome and dis- ease and the interaction between them,and it is importantto know the commonness of a disease and understand the changes. Treatment aiming at its root causes is emphasized and the principle of treatment of both symptoms and root causes is used flexibly. Clinical research design and summary and analysis should focus on the target syndrome and design, observe, summarize, and analyze the improvement and safety of disease and syndrome and the association be- tween them at different levels and from various aspects. This mode of syndrome - disease combination helps to main- tain and develop the characteristics of clinical syndromes in TCM, guarantee the accurate combination of principle, method ,prescription, and drug, and bring benefits to clinical research design in TCMand research ideasfor the essence of syndromes.
