摘　　要：目的:探讨伤科紫草油的质量标准方法。方法:对处方紫草、大黄采用薄层色谱法(TLC)进行定性鉴别,并进行方法耐用性考察。结果:TLC中紫草、大黄斑点清晰,阴性对照对结果无干扰。结论:该方法可作为伤科紫草油的质量控制方法。Objective ：To investigate the quality standard for Arnehia Root oil used in traumatology. Methods：Thin - layer chromatography（TLC） was performed for the qualitative differentiation between Arnebia Root and Rheum officinale in the prescription,and the ruggedness of this method was evaluated. Results：Arnebia Root and Rheum officinale had clear TLC spots, and the negative control had no influence on results. Conclusion：This method can be used for quality control of Arnebia Root oil used in traumatology.
