摘　　要：自1994年设立台州市以来,历经20多年的发展,城市形象和城市品质日新月异,但也存在"重城市,轻乡镇",城乡发展不平衡,城乡风貌和历史特色在逐渐消失等问题。为贯彻台州市四届四次党代会提出的"一都三城"新战略目标,建设规划部门必须统筹和和谐城乡规划,加快推进城乡统筹发展,打造富有特色的"现代化港湾都市区"。Since the establishment of Taizhou City in 1994, after 20 years of development, urban image and urban quality have been changing with each passing day. However, there are also problems such as ＂heavy city and light township＂, urban and rural development imbalance, urban and rural style and historical characteristics are gradually disappearing. In order to carry out the new strategic goal of ＂one city and three cities＂ put forward by the Fourth Party Congress of Taizhou City, the planning department must plan and coordinate urban and rural planning, accelerate the development of urban and rural areas and create a distinctive ＂modern harbor metropolitan area＂.
