摘　　要：【目的】探讨延伸护理对恶性梗阻性黄疸行PTCD患者术后自我护理能力的影响。【方法】将2015年1月至2016年12月我科50例恶性梗阻性黄疸行PTCD术后带管出院的本地患者随机分为两组,每组25例,观察组给予电话回访和上门访视交替进行延伸护理干预,对照组给予电话回访,比较两组患者自我护理能力及患者满意度。【结果】观察组患者自我护理能力总评分为(119.75±6.62)分,显著高于对照组(74.10±5.40)分(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为(95.88±5.94)分,显著高于对照组的(94.12±5.85)分(P<0.05)。【结论】延伸护理服务可以提高恶性梗阻性黄疸行PTCD患者术后自我护理能力,提高患者满意度。[Objective] To investigate the effect of extended nursing service in patients with malignant disease who underwent percntaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage （PTCD） treatment to relieve obstructive jaundice. [ Methods] Fifty discharged patients with PTCD from Jan, 2015 to Dec 2016 in Shaanxi Provincial People＇s Hospital were divided into two groups randomly. The Observation group （n=25） was given extended nursing guidance and service （including telephone follow-up and home visit）, but the Control group （n= 25） received routine discharge guidance only （telephone follow-up）. Self-care ability score and satisfaction were compared between two groups.[Results] The total score of self-care ability in Observation group were （119.75 ± 6.62）, which was higher than that in Control group with and （74.10 ± 5.40）（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction score in Observation group was （95.88 ± 5.94）, which was higher than that in Control group with （94.12 ± 5.85）（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The extended care service improves the self-care ability for patients with PTCD treatment, and increases the satisfaction to nursing work.
