摘 要:本文通过对机械真空泵中应用广泛、噪声影响较为显著的几种真空泵的噪声机理进行研究分析,得出"气蚀"现象在滑阀泵中普遍存在,从而证明"气蚀"噪声是滑阀泵噪声的主要声源,而罗茨泵直排大气时的噪声机理是"声能堆聚"。进一步提出控制、降低噪声的方法与结构,通过实验加以验证并取得显著效果。Herein,we experimentally addressedthe possible mechanisms responsible for the generation of vibrations and acoustic noises in mechanical vacuum pumps widely used in industries,including but not limited to the slide-valve,liquid-ring,Roots,wet Roots and multi-stage Roots vacuum pumps.The preliminary results show that "the cavitation erosion" has a major impact on the noises of slide-valve vacuum pump,whereas"the accumulation of acoustic energy" significantly affects the noises of Roots vacuum pumps.Some possible meas-ures,such as the noise suppressor,muffler and aeration,for damping the vibrations and noises were proposed. The experimental results show that these novel methods markedly reduced the acoustic noises of the mechanical vacuum pumps.
